Inspiration and a Freebie

Hi Everyone

I scrapped a few layouts for challenges at the DigiDesign Resort. . . . and thought I'd show them off to you quickly . . .

This Halloween layout is of my little guys birthday last year . . . We had sooo much fun & games that I'll remember that party with fondness for a long time to come :)  

I scrapped it using Delph's Mystery Moon kit for the black cat, Colleen Lynch's Rockstarz kit for the black paper & skulls, the rest is from the We are family collab kit

This layout is of one of my nephews who celebrated his birthday a little while ago.. I used the Use it All mini kit provided for the challenge by the same name, at DigiDesignResort

This is another of my nephews on his wedding day a few weeks back. I really love how it turned out, especially as it includes a special message for the newly weds, straight from my heart. I scrapped it with a DigiDesignResort kit called Love in my Heart Collab by Yalana and PrelestnayaP

This adorable little sweetheart is my friend Angies little girl . . . Angie is such a darling, she specially went out to take these pics for me last year, when I was looking for fall pics. . . We don't see the change of season as beautifully here . . . I scrapped it using a collab kit called "A day in your life" also at  DigiDesignResort.

This next layout I only just finished scrapping. . . The pic is of me and my nephew a little while ago. . .I really like the way it turned out, don't you?!?

I scrapped this layout using the We are Family Collaborative kit at the DigiDesignResort

It's wonderfully bright and playful. Great for pics of your kids playing about, reaching milestones or simply to showcase your family moments. These cutesy bottle tops saying things like love and forever, makes it easy to bring sentimental and soppy touches to your layouts too.

Oh Dear, the Rugby World Cup isn't going the way my DH hoped :( . . .  If you could only see his face now . . . You'd swear he's just heard some dreadful news. . . Not that his team had lost this match :( Shame man . . .

Having a whale of a time, Challenges & a freebie

Hi Everyone


When I got home from our weekend away, I couldn't wait to start scrapping our holiday pics . . . Especially those taken from the boat when we went to see the whales . . . A very memorable and exhilarating first for me. . .  


After a day and a half of "holiday", we walked away with just shy of 600 pics, if I include those taken from my cell . . . Yikes, even I was surprised! . . . Below are the first few pics I scrapped. . .


First a thank you card for my wonderful hubby . . . 

Then my favourite pic of one the whales. . .

The paper and tag are from Michelle's Cast Me Away kit (a freebie on her blog)
